The story
Pizza-bar, no flop
Stubborn Brother is the pizza-bar around the corner from the University of Toledo — the kind of room where you order a slice of sausage and ricotta at the bar and stay for another. The crust is thin and has the crunch that holds a slice up. One regular calls it 'no flop.' Another reviewer compared the pies to Il Rione in Cleveland, which is the comparison a pizza nerd makes only on purpose. Kitchen runs to 10 or 11 most nights — late enough for the post-everything crowd.
